On-site systems for smaller to mid-size pigs and poultry. Ready to use with a walk-in function and an easily operated semi-automatic process for individual and group applications. To be used as a more humane first-response method with a consistent outcome that the operator can rely on.

How it works.

STEP 1

The animal is placed in the container and the lid is closed

STEP 2

The foam production is started by pressing the button on the control cabinet, the foam contains 100% nitrogen

STEP 3

The button is pressed again to break the foam. An anoxic atmosphere with less than 2% oxygen is created

STEP 4

Within a few breaths, the lack of oxygen to the brain will result in loss of posture and consciousness with less stress and pain

STEP 5

To guarantee effective euthanasia, the animal need to remain in the closed anoxic atmosphere for 5 min

About the DS1

The docking station.

DS1 is the docking station for controlling and distributing power, nitrogen, and foam agent into the application. The connections and the fitting tubes are color-marked for easy assembly.

The DS1 is delivered with a rack for convenient and safe storage. The rack is mobile to enable the DS1 to be stored away when not used or moved to different places.
